Return Policy

In-Store Purchases 

Returns
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for exchange or credit note. After 7 days, we can no longer offer an exchange or store credit. We do not offer full refunds.  

To be eligible for a return
Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags attached. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

*Please note that in-store purchases must be brought back to the purchase location only.

 

Online Purchases

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s). After 14 days, we can not offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return
Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company. Often, there is a slight delay before a refund is officially posted by your bank.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@risqueclothing.ca and we will send you our proof of refund.

Sale items
All sale items are final sale! 

Exchanges
If you want to exchange your item(s), please return your purchase for a refund and then place a new order on our site for the item that you wish to exchange it for. 

If you live locally, you are welcome to return your item(s) in store at 660 Bloor Street West for exchange. If you choose to return your item(s) in store for refund, you will be asked to leave your item(s) for approval of refund by our online department. Please note that all refunds will be processed online only.

Gifts
If a gift was purchased for you and you would like to return it, please follow the above steps.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
