Online Purchases
If you have changed your mind in respect to a purchase, we will accept a return on regular priced goods only, within 14 days of purchase date.
All sale items are final sale, with no exceptions.
We can provide you with a Credit, Exchange, or Refund.
Refunds will be processed online, to the original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for return postage costs.
We will not accept returns if:
- Item was Final Sale / Marked at a discounted price
- Original tags are not attached to the garment
- Underwear, Lingerie
- Product is not in their original condition
- Product appears to have been worn, washed - smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant, body odour, laundry detergent
- Marked or damaged
We have the right to refuse any item that is not returned in their original condition.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered return parcels.

Items can be returned for Exchange or Credit Note within 7 days from date of purchase.
Credit Notes do not expire.
